Strawberry Smoothie |
Strawberry Smoothie No of Servings : Two Preparation Time : 5 minutes Cooking Time : 1-2 minutes
Ingredients:
8 ripe strawberries 1/2 cup skim milk 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 6 cubes ice, crushed
Method:
- Rinse the strawberries in cold water and remove the stems Place in a blender.
- Add the skim milk, yoghurt, vanilla extract, sugar and ice cubes.
- Blend the mixture for a minute till it becomes smooth and creamy.
- Pour into two glasses and serve garnished with a fanned strawberry.
- This smoothie tastes best when served fresh and chilled.
