Yoga poses or asanas are the ones helping you regain your posture and figure. Yoga positions include stretching and toning of muscles as it improves blood flow to all the body parts and joints. Yoga poses also help increasing concentration and boosts memory for you.



You will find highly refreshed after each yoga session. Continued yoga exercises will help you stay fit and stay alive longer.
