Qigong and Tai Chi are not the same. Tai Chi is all about exercising complete body whereas Qigong concentrates only on breathing aspect. Qigong involves breathing while in different postures, this benefits people who are learning martial arts since it teaches them to breathe while they are practicing martial arts.



This exercise is being used worldwide for gaining better health and getting rid of breathing troubles.

Tai Chi and Qigong though belong to the same type of exercise are used for completely different purposes. One is a form of exercise for complete body, where as Qigong concentrates on breathing more than exercising the body.
