under eye wrinkles
Everyone is scared of laugh lines that develop under their eyes. These under eye wrinkles are the first signs of ageing and wrinkling. These under eye wrinkles are caused by laughing, rubbing the eyes and squinting. As we grow older, these actions can cause the skin to begin folding at certain places, finally causing these lines all over the face and under the eyes.
Under eye wrinkles are primarily formed when the skin becomes dehydrated and the fine lines begin to appear due to the tightening and stretching of the skin. In some areas where the skin is delicate, like under the eyes, it may actually appear to sag. Even though there are a lot of people who try to avoid getting these fine lines, it is unavoidable, just as old age is. However, the good news is that these under eye wrinkles can be delayed and controlled if the proper remedies and skin treatments are utilized.
Anti ageing creams and lotions do advertise about helping to get rid of these fine lines. However, they are usually not true to what they actually promise. Chemicals cannot stop or reverse the ageing process. Once under eye wrinkles have formed, there is no way to remove them. Moisturizing your face regularly, however, would help in keeping the skin moist and restoring the delicate balance and tone of the skin.
The most effective way of dealing with under eye wrinkles is to make sure that the natural oils of the skin, which usually deplete as one ages, are restored and balanced. Lemon juice is one of the best ways to restore the youthfulness of the skin surrounding the eyes. It can also fade away dark circles if you have any.
Vitamin B complex as well as vitamin E are other excellent remedies for under eye wrinkles. These vitamins help restore the collagen, the natural tissue which gives the skin its elasticity. The restoration of collagen can keep the under eye area more youthful for a longer period of time. Vitamin E could be consumed in the form of supplements or can be received naturally from fish oils and primrose oil.
You could also massage the under eye area with a teaspoon of castor oil once every day, to avoid formation of wrinkles. Castor oil is readily absorbed into the skin and can help in bringing back the moisture balance to the skin.
