Use any warm, natural hair oil like coconut oil, castor oil, olive oil, almond oil or perhaps even a mixture of different oils, while massaging your scalp. Allow the massage to go on for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Thereafter, let the oil stay for about half an hour or more. While washing your hair, avoid using hot water on your head. Make sure that you use a shampoo that is mild, like a baby shampoo. If you use a conditioner, do not apply it on the roots, but focus more on the tips of your hair. Use a mixture of apple cider vinegar and sage tea as a rinse, while washing your hair, as this increases hair growth. Never towel your hair dry vigorously; pat your hair gently with a towel instead. It is then best to allow your hair to dry naturally, as the use of hair dryers can make the hair dry and brittle, causing them to break.
In addition to the use of natural remedies for hair loss in women, it is important to follow a diet that is healthy and includes a lot of Vitamins that are essential for proper hair growth.
