Drinking at least 10 to 12 glasses of water a day, not only keeps the entire body well hydrated, by is also effective in flushing out the toxins from your body, which may contribute towards the formation of fibroids.
- Yoga: Certain Yoga techniques like the Pranayama (breathing technique) can be effective in reducing fibroids.
