- The first thing you should do is apply pressure or ask someone to apply pressure on the affected area. This will avoid any further damage to the blood vessels in that area.
- Another remedy that is very helpful is to put a cold compresses on the affected area.

- Before going to sleep apply any face cream that has a high content of Vitamin C or Vitamin K. You need to first apply the Vitamin C cream and let it dry on your skin. After about 5 minutes you could apply the Vitamin K cream as well. Leave it on all night.
- It is also important to make changes in your diet and eat foods that supply plenty of Vitamin C and Vitamin K. These vitamins are found in foods such as spinach, citrus fruits, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, sprouts and sauerkraut.
