Acne is a constant case of worry for most people. These can erupt anywhere on the face or neck back or chest. Back acne is the most challenging to treat and get rid of mainly because of the inconvenience of it being at the back. Natural or home remedies for back acne will help to clear the skin without much trouble. When you have back acne make sure you use a sensitive soap and while washing your back use a light loofah or a soft scratcher. Do not rub the skin at your back. Tea tree oil or olive oil can also be rubbed on to your back. Tie a wash cloth to the scratcher and put a few drops of your desired oil on it and apply it on your back gently. Avoid rubbing it in and wipe the excess oil with a dry cloth after that. Fresh lemon juice also can be used as part of home remedies for back acne. Apply it on your back all over the affected area and leave it overnight and wash the next morning. You could also mix rose water with some lemon juice and apply it on your back for half an hour then wash it with fresh water. Fenugreek leaves also can be applied on the back for 15 minutes and then can be washed away. Other than that turmeric powder has a lot of medicinal value and when mixed in mint juice to make a paste, applied on the back for half an hour and washed will be helpful to remove the back acne.
