Another excellent natural treatment for gum ache is to use the juice of wheat grass as a mouthwash as it is known to cure and also prevent gum problems and tooth decay. Wheat grass is highly effective against gum ache and other gum problems as it draws out the toxins from the gums and hence checks the growth of bacteria. In addition to the home remedies for gum ache, one should also give due importance to their diet for proper dental health. One should try and restrict the intake of sugary foods and instead add plenty of fruits and vegetable and other whole food that are rich in fibers.
