Ensure that the salt and pepper have entered into the lemon. Then proceed to warm up the lemon using some gentle heat and then lick this lemon very slowly. This should be done till all the juice has been squeezed out of the lemon. One can try this home remedy 2 to 3 times in the same day.
Another of the useful home remedies for stuffy nose includes consuming some garlic. Garlic has been found to be very beneficial in the prevention of flu and cold. One can simply try eating some garlic pods on a daily basis. However one should ensure that they do not eat more than 4 as it could lead to a condition of heartburn. Another of the useful home remedies for stuffy nose includes making some tea using ginger and eucalyptus leaves. Simply stew the leaves in hot water for a while along with a dash of ginger. One can even add honey to this tea. Eating hot and spicy foods is also useful when suffering from a stuffy nose.
