Thinning Hair - Diet, Remedies, Cure

If you begin to experience thinning of hair, you need to work on a daily and regular routine to take better care of your hair. It is not possible to expect an overnight result in such cases. First, you need to check what could possibly be causing this problem. Illness, weakness related to any recovery time from a major illness, or even pregnancy, change of environment as well as stress, all could be causes for thinning hair. Thinning Hair Remedy

You need to check your diet too. Try and include flaxseed in your diet for good results. In any form, this grain will work very well in growth and development of healthy and shiny hair. Whether you have flaxseed oil or have flaxseed meal in whatever way you can, or even apply flaxseed oil to your roots and strands, this is a very effective remedy to arrest thinning of hair. Try to apply oil about twice a week, leave it overnight and then wash off as usual in the morning. This will establish a regular and nourishing routine for your hair. Your diet should also be rich in vitamin A, which is essential for the growth of healthy hair and nails. This includes all orange and yellow colored fruits and vegetables. You should also apply a henna hair pack to your hair for deep conditioning and nourishment. Break a whole egg and add enough henna powder to make a pasty and spreadable mixture. This should be applied to your roots as well as strands and left to work in your hair for about three hours. A mixture of these methods will be effective over a couple of months.
