None of us want to be bald but many of us are.  Inability on our part to identify the symptoms of hair loss proved disastrous and we lost our precious hair.

Some of the symptoms of hair loss are: the hair starts getting thinner and thinner and the hair fall out in clumps, sign of patches of hair loss, fall of hair in clumps, irregular fall of hair etc.    Men lose hair from the front portion and eventually reach to the back of the head whereas women do not show such pattern.

If you have been suffering from diseases and is taking medications then there might be rapid fall of the hair.  Pregnancy, weight loss, anemia, stress can also cause the rapid loss of hair. Children have the habit of pulling out the hair, patches of broken hair is one of the symptoms of hair loss in children.   Disease like alopecia results in the complete loss of hair from the body.  In women the thinning of hair especially in the crown is considered to be an indication of hair loss.

Hair loss occurs due to innumerable reasons, but treatment at the right time can help one to get rid of the problem. Though it is normal to lose fifty to hundred hairs per day but if the fall starts increasing at a faster pace then it is time to take some decisive steps to prevent it.

Hormonal imbalance is considered to be one of the most important reasons of hair loss. Some of the people in order to get stylish hair resort to the use of chemicals, which may harm the hair. Lack of nutritional diet, intake of drugs for the treatment of diseases like high blood pressure, arthritis, and heart problems, deficiency of iron , high intake of Vitamin A are some of the factors which may result in hair loss.

The moment you identify the symptoms of hair loss, take steps to prevent it.
