Dashamoola is an Ayurvedic preparation of ten roots used in herbal therapy to cure premenstrual syndrome. It shows an anti-inflammatory action and is very effective in weakness, headache and digestive problems. Cinnamon is recommended traditionally to get relief from the menstrual cramps.
Massage therapy and yoga are also proved to be beneficial. They help to relax and relieve stress. Deep-breathing and progressive muscle relaxation exercises will reduce anxiety, headaches and insomnia.
