Appropriate treatment for osteoarthritis is very important as it causes inflammation of joints of different organs such as feet, knees, fingers, hands spine and hip. People with low bone mineral density are at the higher risk for the osteoarthritis. Hence, adequate intake of calcium along with exercise is recommended to maintain the density of bones. Besides this, recent studies have proved that the diet including chondroitin and glucosamine is helpful to get relief from the symptoms like pains and stiffness.
