Dark Circles??? You are not unaccompanied, but there are many to join you!! Dark circles are the second most common skin problem, after acne. Deficiency of iron during menstruation, smoking, sleeplessness, caffeinated beverages and allergies result in dark circles. Nasal blockage is a primary cause of concern, as the veins that drain into the nose, from your eyes broaden on congestion. Swelling of eye, due to fluid retention is also an important reason.

The most simple and cost-effective technique to get rid of dark circles is to be stress-free, eat a balanced diet, drink lots of water and follow a simple make up. That’s it! How easy it sounds? Stress is a part and parcel of everybody’s life. Beginning from a new born to an individual in his senescence, all are stressed. Let’s check some way out, rather than discussing the same issue!

- Topical application of almond oil proves beneficial. Almond powder with milk cream, made into a paste is also helpful.
- A cod liver oil pill is effective.
- Castor oil or olive oil can be applied and left overnight.

- A slice of cucumber or potato kept over eyes reduces puffiness and improves circulation.
