There are plenty of oils, especially natural moisturizer oil and healthy skin oil like Jojoba oil, olive oil, or coconut oil. These skin treatment oils can be used in isolation or mixed together before massaging into the skin. Oils are also used in aromatherapy for relieving stress, and soothing frayed nerves. These oils act as muscle relaxants, and nourish the skin too.
