It is said the 75% of the time of a working person is spent on sitting; in front of the computer, attending a meeting, or just working on some papers piled up on his desk. For this reason, this type of person is prone to lower back pain. Thus, certain lower back massage techniques should be learnt.

Lower Back Massage is the best type of massage for lower back pain. However, pains are thief at the night. They attack at the most unexpected time. When this happen, will you just wait for the morning to come so that you can go to the massage shop and ease you from pain? You definitely won’t.

Relieving yourself from lower back pain is easy. All you need to do is teach any member of your family some of the techniques that they can actually carry out whenever your annoying lower back pain attacks. Below are some of the steps you have to follow to learn the basic techniques of lower back massage.

Step1:

The patient should lie down on his belly. There should be enough space on both sides for the therapist to position himself.

Step2:

Warm the patient’s back by applying pressure on the thumb pressing both sides. Make sure to focus on the lower back portion kneading gently on the affected area.

Step3:

Continuously do this changing the pressure until the lower back portion is relaxed and free from pain. You may also choose to top this portion continuously.

Warning:

Do not just press the lower spine with hard pressure. Be gentle on this part.

Lower back massage Techniques aren’t hard to learn. Start from the basic and later on find ways to progress on this skill. Do not let the pain stop you from enjoying life. You can do it simply by learning the techniques and asking your loved ones to do the same thing as well.
