High fever is also one of the important symptoms of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. Here the fever comes in the evening may also increase during the evening and in the later part of the day may suddenly disappear.
The reasons of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis are still not unclear, though the scientists attribute the cause to the inability of the body to identify the healthy cells from bacteria and viruses. The white blood cells which are mainly responsible for the identification fails to clearly distinguish the healthy cells from the non healthy ones instead they end up harming the healthy body cells.
The best way to treat juvenile rheumatoid arthritis is to identify the type of arthritis with one is suffering. There are types: Polyarticular arthritis, Pauciarticular JRA and Systemic JRA. In many of the cases the doctor may recommend examinations of the fluids present in the joints of the child. These are done so that that it can be clearly ascertained that the abnormality in the blood is not due to any other factors because in many of the cases the pain might be due to different reasons.
So when the doctor becomes convinced that the pain is only due to arthritis he may recommend proper medications. There are three types of arthritis: Polyarticular arthritis,
The doctor’s advice should be taken and if needed proper medications should be given to the diseased.
