• You are advised to consume a lot of green vegetables and fruits as these foods are not only negligible in cholesterol content, but some of these foods are negative calorie foods that decrease the fat and cholesterol levels of the body. • Certain salad foods like onion, radish, tomatoes, carrot, cabbage, cucumber, and lettuce are also recommended to be included in your diet on account of their high fiber content.

• You must cut down on the consumption of refined sugar as refined sugars are also instrumental in raising the cholesterol levels of your body.
