Hair loss is a daily occurrence. Some of us notice it and some don’t. Our body, on loss of hair replaces it with some new strands as part of an ongoing renewal process On an average, the healthy hair loss per day is between 100 and 150 hair strands. But when there is an in an excessive falling of hair, it might become a cause for concern. This hair problem possibly be due to cosmetic reasons such as frequently shampooing and blow drying or dandruff, graying of hair or due to underlying illnesses, such as thyroid problems. It is most important that to take care of ones diet which may automatically solve a host of our problems. But there are some other remedies to which we can take care like hot massaging with castor oil, eating a handful of white sesame seeds every morning, taking yoghurt in our meals, rinsing hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar tea to help hair grow, massaging honey with egg yolk into the scalp and hair and so on. Other important step would be like keeping our hair clean which should be part of our daily regimen and this in return would help our hair growth.
The other natural methods to supplement the growth of hair is to use naturally occurring ingredients like Olive Oils, fenugreek and mustard. Shikakai powder with warm water drained form rice is also known to be beneficial for dandruff elimination. Oil with camphor is also a known recipe for removing dandruff flakes. Naturally present ingredients are better than using the artificial substitutes as the side effects present in the artificial substitutes can do more harm than good.
