Full body massage is the most common type of massage. Several types of massage have been widely liked and enjoyed by many people simply because these types of massage release the tension in a certain part of the body. If these types that focus on particular parts of the body could actually offer comfort and relaxation; how much could a full body massage offer?

Full body massage is a combination of all types of massage. As the name suggests, this type of massage concentrates on all points and areas of the body starting from the head down to the toe. Because the massage therapist carefully touches the points ensuring that all the tensions and pressures of the body are gone, it is also the type of massage that takes the longest time to perform. Before deciding to go to the massage clinic or spa to have this massage, one should schedule quite a longer free time for this.

This type of massage comprehensively soothes every point, nerve and reflex of the body. This doesn’t only give relaxation. It is also good for maintaining a healthy being. This type of massage follows different methods. A Swedish full body massage follows the methods of Swedish massage using mainly the palm in pressing all points of the muscles. A Shiatsu full body massage is known as the dry massage particularly using thumb for pressing all the points of the body. The only difference this massage has from others is that the whole body is covered and touched but still basically applying the methods of the other types of massage.

A person should not only care for one part or two parts of his body. He should consider all parts and all the aspects that go with it. To attain a complete wellness and relaxation, try the full body massage.
