Prevention:
By decreasing your risk factors you can prevent ectopic pregnancy. If you have severe pelvic pains then take necessary antibiotics. Avoid sexually transmitted diseases by using a cervical cap or diaphragm. A void surgery of reproductive system or lower system. Surgery may lead to scarring which can increase your chances of having ectopic pregnancy
