As important as what you eat when suffering from endometriosis, is what you do not eat. You should stay away from things such as meat, alcohol and all caffeine related products. These will be particularly harmful to your health. You also need to resist the urge to eat a diet that is high in sugars. This will also end up damaging you more than you realize. Even generally, you should check and control your sugar intake because if you are suffering from endometriosis, you may also have the tendency to develop insulin resistance. It is also advisable to stay off from dairy and dairy products for a while. You should also stay away from all sources of hydrogenated fat. In all likelihood, it would appear as though there is very little you can actually eat. This may also be true to some extent, but understand that this will benefit you.
