Pimples are those unsightly crops that grow on our face. They are analogous to those useless crops that grow inbetween the seasonal crops on a cultivable land. Some kind of soil are more prone to these, similarly adolescents and teenagers are more prone to these unnecessary things. Pimples are small inflammations arising as a result of infection, poor hygiene and improper eating pattern. Blockage of the oil glands by microbes or dirt result in pimples. The hormone testosterone, stimulates the sebaceous glands, which inturn produces sebum resulting in clogged pores. When the ceased cells of the skin do not fall away, they result in follicle blockage, resulting in pimples.

- The thumb rule of pimple care is not to pluck these crops!
- A facial mud mask might prove useful in shrinking the pimples.
- A simple and regular caretaking of the skin is eesential.
- Washing your face with an anti-bacterial soap is helpful in spreading the infection.
- Apply a benzoyl peroxide cream to keep them at bay.
- A cortisone shot helps in case of an emergency, provided, you take the guidance of a dermatologist.
- Oil-free cleansers can be of great help.
- Do not scrub your face too much, as it results in more crops! (pimples!)
- Avoid stress, as it worsens the situation.
- Hormonal imbalance gives rise to pimples, and hence consult a dermatologist, if that is the cause.
- Usage of certain contraceptive pilss makes them worse. Check it out!
