Adults working 50 hours a week, eat unhealthy foods, exposed to more stress, take less sleep and less exercise are prone to the risk of high blood pressure. Even though hypertension is common in adults, kids also may have this disease. Unhealthy diet and poor lifestyle can cause high blood pressure to children and may lead to heart and kidney problem.

Uncontrollable causes of high blood pressure may also affect your brain, the ability to remember, think and learn so while it is not yet late, you’d better ask for a doctor’s advice and have a regular physical examination and stop doing activities that cause hypertensions.
