Benefits of Lemon Juice
Citrus fruits are generally high in vitamin C, which is considered to be very useful in improving your immunity. Lemon being in the category of citrus fruits has many benefits. Lemons are a rich source of Vitamin C. Lemon juice is one of the natural fruit juices suggested as a drink for people who suffer from Vitamin C deficiency.
