Arthritis is the pain in the joints-the pain is very severe and unbearable. The two most common types are osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

Pain in the knee, hand, hip, and wrist are considered to be the arthritis pain.  The patient may not experience any pain for several months but when the pain erupts it is too severe that the person is confined to the bed.  Stiffness and swelling in the joints are indications of the disease.

The pain is unbearable; people resort to different techniques to get rid of the pain. Massage, acupuncture, meditations are some of the methods which are adopted by the patients. Glucosamine supplements can also help one in the treatment of the disease.

The best way to get rid of the pain is to adopt a healthy lifestyle, consult a therapist and he will prescribe certain regimes which can help you to provide relaxation to your body.
