As the age increases, the rejuvenation process of the cells in the body starts reducing. Because of this when the old cells die out, not all of them are replaced by new and healthy cells. So the different organs and parts of body become weaker and weaker.  However, in order to avoid this, right from the historical times, man has been trying to achieve an Anti-Aging Medicine. It was not possible in the history. However, recently some advancement have taken place in the medical field which give us hope that shortly we will develop some Anti-Aging Medicine.

There are a number of reasons, which are postulated to be associated with aging. Some of them are wearing out of the body and its parts, damage to the genetic makeup, free radicals, and shortening of telomeres, which are the tails of the chromosomes. It is not exactly known which of these factors is responsible for aging. However, it has been found out all of them have at least some role in aging.

For this reason, different researchers are trying to find out different Anti-Aging Medicines. The simplest of the Anti-Aging Medicines are necessary substances, which our body is unable to produce when it gets old. These can be hormones or enzymes essential for maintaining the body in good condition. The anti-oxygen is also considered a possible Anti-Aging Medicine by some researchers.

In addition to these medicines, intake of good food and nutrients also can be considered Anti-Aging Medicines.  However, they are just a temporary solution.

The most accepted view for aging is the shortening of telomeres of the chromosomes. However, for the Anti-Aging Medicines, which can restore their length, we will have to wait for some time. Currently many substances are being tried for them. The research and trails are on for their effects and success on the human body.

Let us hope that shortly some sure and effective Anti-Aging Medicine will be developed.
