Start hunting for the iron-rich stuff now. They give you the strength and of course, make anemia impossible. Try some spinach and the green onions and if you find them bland try the juicy carrots and tomatoes. If you find a bit more taste then try the potatoes and beetroots. Fine, now if you are sick of vegetables then try the fruits, you have iron-rich stuff everywhere just that you got to look for it. How about trying strawberries, too good, right! Okay, now the dark grapes, apples, and the usual culprit bananas and of course plums are all under the iron-rich category.Go hog.
