What are cold sores?

Advice on cold sores - 1. Cold sores are small fluid filled blisters on or around the mouth and lining of the nose area. 2. They occur at corners of the mouth, on the lips during high fever . 3. They seem to be like Herpes simplex virus where again cold sores are common .
