I have constipation, I take a powdered product super colon cleanse, with senna and psyllium. When I have a BM, it is a HUGE amount. Could you please tell me why this is? Thank you very much for your time and consideration

It sounds like your BM's are huge because you are backed up. You should go the bathroom at least 2 to 3 times a day. Avoid eating junk food, add fresh fruits and vegetables daily to your diet.
