An allergy to nightshade family vegetables can cause various symptoms. Without any medical intervention there are 2 ways to deal with the allergy. Firstly avoid the allergen (nightshade vegetables) completely and other is by gradually exposing the allergen to get accustomed to it.
The second option may reduce the symptoms of some, but for some it may even worsen the symptoms. So it is best to avoid these vegetables and give time to the body to heal on its own.
