Natural remedies for bleeding gums

Try these remedies for your bleeding gums –

• Prefer using toothpaste which contains peppermint oil or saga oil in it. Brush properly cleaning the plaque over the gums.
  
• Prepare a saline solution by adding ¼ teaspoon salt to a glass of warm water.
  
  
  Use this water to gargle daily twice.
  
• Chew a piece of clove, euginol present in clove helps to treat bleeding gums.
  
• Use a mouthwash (Listerine) to floss your mouth. This also helps to heal bleeding gums.
