Naturally lose weight by following these simple home remedies –

  • Start your day with a glass of warm water, honey and lemon juice in it.
  • Emphasize more on fresh fruits, vegetables and salad. But remember not to put heavy dressing in the salads.
  • Drink a glass of water 30 minutes before having your main meals.
  • Avoid processed, canned, refined foods, carbonated beverages, sweets, cakes, pastries, oily and fried food items.
  • Skim the milk before drinking and used double skimmed milk products.
  • Diet alone would not help to keep the lost weight at bay. It is important to exercise along with following the diet.
