Naturally lose weight by following these simple home remedies –
- Start your day with a glass of warm water, honey and lemon juice in it.
- Emphasize more on fresh fruits, vegetables and salad. But remember not to put heavy dressing in the salads.
- Drink a glass of water 30 minutes before having your main meals.
