My grandaughter (16 months) was just diagnosed with a sinus infection and asthma. How would that be treated with naturopathic care.

Follow these suggestions to relieve asthma and sinus for your granddaughter -
- Inhale steam from boiling water with added carom seeds seeds or caraway seeds, to dilate the bronchial passage.
- Asthma and sinus can be a result of an allergy to a particular food too. Keep a tract of the food which she consumes, and note the particular food which triggers her asthma.
Avoid consumption of that food completely. - Take a tsp of turmeric powder with a glass of milk, twice daily (preferably on an empty stomach) to relieve asthma.
- Add 2 tsp of honey to warm water and drink this twice daily.
This will helps to thin out accumulated mucus and elimination it from the respiratory passage.
