Instead include lots of fruits and fruit juices in your meals. Drinking buttermilk can also be beneficial. Eat lots of yogurt too. Try to avoid drinking tea and coffee. You should take off your shoes for some time during the day, to ensure that your feet can breathe. Wear open sandals rather than tight shoes.
