Natural cure to lower blood pressure

It is not very difficult to lower your blood pressure by making certain changes in your lifestyle. The only thing is you will have to be very strict in following the diet and exercise patterns. Eating raw garlic with every meal is the best remedy to bring erratic blood pressure under control.

If you do not want to chew garlic cloves, swallow with warm water. Increase your intake of leafy greens to at least twice a day. Spinach and collard greens are proven remedies to reduce blood pressure.

Add to your intake of raw vegetables also. You can have a chopped mix of cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes and beetroot with every meal. Avoid adding any store-brought seasoning to this salad, as this will increase your salt intake. You must cut down tremendously on your salt intake to reduce blood pressure. Eliminate table salt completely. Avoid eating meat, fried food and excessively spicy food, as this will only add to your blood pressure. It is important for your body to get enough rest when you have high blood pressure. Try to work a 30 minute nap in between your day. This will help you tremendously to bring down stress levels, the main culprit for increasing blood pressure. You must exercise for at least 30 minutes daily.
