Remedies for scanty hair, hair loss and oily scalp

To some extent, hair growth and hair quality are hereditary. You can take some measures to care for your hair and manage oiliness or dryness, but there is not much that you can do to make your growth thicker. Hair loss too is to some extent hereditary.

Unless you have recently noticed an increase in hair fall, the amount of hair that you lose daily is natural.

Some standard measures are required to take care of the hair that you have — oiling it regularly, washing it with a suitable, mild shampoo, and using a similarly suitable conditioner. Since you say you have an oily scalp, you should not use oil and conditioner too often.

Once a week should be enough, and when you do use oil, use tea tree oil.  If this still does not show enough improvement, try shampooing your hair twice each time you wash it. In addition, after you have washed your hair normally, you can rinse it with apple cider vinegar. Avoid combing or brushing your hair when it is wet, as this is when it is most likely to break. In general, the less you brush your hair the better, as brushing is how the oil from your scalp gets on to your hair.
