ADVICE ON CATARACTS
MY MOTHER HAS CATARACTS AND SHE HAS BEEN PUTTING FENNEL TEA IN HER EYES IS THIS OK

I have not heard about fennel tea for cataract. I am not sure if it is the right remedy. But I can suggest some other natural remedies for cataract.
- Fasting with orange juice and water for 3-4 days will also help. During this period a warm water enema is beneficial. Have soaked figs, raisins, dates, olive oil, lemon juice, boiled vegetables like drum sticks, cauliflower, carrot, cabbage, fruits such as apple, grapes, pears.
Avoid potato. After two weeks of this kind of diet you can move on full planned diet. - 2 teaspoon of honey and apple cider vinegar in a cup of water after every meal helps.
- One should eat plenty of raw carrot as remedy.
- Eating 2-3 raw cloves of garlic is helpful.
- Apply pumpkin flower juice on eyelids twice a day.
- Poring drops of unprocessed honey in eyes is another remedy.
- Take one tablespoon of aniseeds powder twice a day is beneficial.
- Make Trephala lotion by soaking Triphala choorna in water for half an hour. Wash the eyes with lotion 3-4 times a day.
- Ground finely seven kernels of almond. Add it to ½ gm. of pepper, ½ cup of water with sugar. It helps to regain vigor of eyes.
