Piles advice Piles is a condition that is fairly common among people. Sedentary lifestyles, a lack of physical exercise, lack of sufficient fiber in the regular diet are some of the reasons for the development of piles. A nerve in your anus is inflamed and this causes pain when you have to pass your stools.
The lack of fiber in your diet makes it difficult for you to pass stools naturally, and when you exert pressure you find it painful. Sometimes you may notice blood too. However, you should consult a doctor about your condition before you begin any treatment for piles.
In the meantime what you can do is to make some changes in your lifestyle and in your eating habits. Ensure that you either walk or jog regularly. If your sleep patterns are disturbed then try to stick to a regular time for going to bed. Very often stress can also cause constipation and then piles. If you are stressed you should try some relaxation techniques. Eat a high-fiber diet. Include vegetables and fruits in your food. What is more important is that you should eat on time and eat balanced meals. Your intake of water and fruit juices should be increased. Drinking some radish juice will be useful. Hot milk at bedtime is another remedy that you can try. You should also know that coffee and tea can be very bad for people with piles.
