Treatment for gray hair and dandruff
I have been suffering from excessive grey hair since I was 15 years old. (It is hereditary) I am 35yrs now and also have a lot of dandruff. Please help

You have grey hair. It is hereditary. But you can have good remedies on gray hair.
- Rubbing Indian gooseberry paste on scalp frequently helps you to reverse the process of grey hair. For Indian gooseberry paste, cut Amlas in pieces, dry them in shadow. Boil them in coconut oil till it become thick.
- Dip the dried Indian gooseberry in water overnight. Wash your hair with the water. Use for last rinse.
- You can have coconut oil with lemon juice. Massage the oil for 10-15 minuets every day. There are many chances of becoming your hair black.
About dandruff
In most cases oily hair tends to have dandruff. No medicine is required for cure. Home remedies can help you in the best way.
- Apply a mixture of lime juice, curd, vinegar, indian gooseberry juice on hair.
- Hair washes with the margosa water (neem soaked in water0 helps a lot.
- Dry your hair after wash in Sun light.
- Apply warm coconut oil on scalp 2 hrs. prior to hair wash.
- Soak heena in tea concoction overnight. Add lime juice while applying. Apply on hair. Wash after 2 hrs.
- Prepare coconut oil by mixing coconut oil + few flakes of garlic + few pieces of peppercorns. Boil the mixture. Apply on every night. Wash hair in the morning.
