Alternative advice for varicose veins
How do I get rid of varicose veins on my legs

Usually varicose veins appear on legs. They are abnormal veins lying on the skin of legs. They are visible veins. Mostly it is a hereditary disease. It may also occur due to obesity, lack of exercise, abnormal pressure on veins, prolonged standing and so on. The home remedies give wonderful tips for varicose veins –
- The flowers of Marigold are good for external application on veins.
- Vegetable juice like 300ml.of carrot juice + 200ml. of spinach juice on regular basis is helpful.
- Avoid white flour products, alcohol, white sugar, strong tea, coffee, fried foods, salt, cheese, ice cream and processed foods.
- Use elastic stockings.
- For circulation of blood, massage with rosemary oil.
- Drinking 8 ounces of fresh pineapple or berry juice once or twice a day.
- Have a brisk morning walk.
- Elevate the legs higher then hips. Sit in the same position.
- Drinking 2 teaspoon of vinegar in glass of water helps.
- Soak cloth in apple cider vinegar. Put it on veins for ½ an hour twice a day.
- Exercise your legs by standing on your tiptoes by lifting your heels. Do for 20 times. Relax and do it again for as many times.
- Precaution is important.Take care of veins from cuts or bleeding.
