No. At least I have not heard of vinegar for blood pressure. According to my knowledge the remedy of vinegar will not lower your blood pressure.
But if you are very sure about vinegar for lowering blood pressure you can have it. I can suggest some home remedies for lowering and controlling high blood pressure –
- Honey, ginger juice and cumin powder mixed in equal quantity and taken twice a day is very effective.
- Drinking coriander or fenugreek leaves in water is also a good idea for blood pressure.
- Drink juice made of 15-20 curry leaves boiled in water and strained. You can add lime juice for taste.
- Make a powder of melon seeds and poppy seeds (khus khus) 100gm. each. Take the powder twice a day with water. The powder can be preserved in container.
- Brown rice is good food supplement. The calcium in brown rice relaxes the nerves system and gives relief from high blood pressure.
- Simmer 20gm. parsley leaves in 250ml. water for few minutes. Drink the solution many times a day.
- Boiled potato is good for lowering the blood pressure.
- Grapefruit is also helpful in high blood pressure.
