Numbness advice

Numbness could be caused due to poor or slow blood circulation. This is one of the commonest reasons for any kind of numbness. If you have been medically examined and all other possibilities ruled out, chances are that you are suffering from poor or impaired circulation.

In order to take care of this problem, there are several home remedies available. If you are a smoker, you must quit smoking at once. If smoking is the cause, this will restore sensation to your body within a week.

You must also work a daily exercise session into your life. Daily exercise of at least 30 minutes is essential to boost your circulation. If possible, try to stick with aerobic exercise, since this is more beneficial that anaerobic exercise. This means you must exercise so that you perspire freely and your heart rate rises considerably. This kind of exercise will be most helpful. Ask your doctor if he or she has eliminated the possibility of diabetes. Numb body parts are sometimes a common sign of the diabetes. You should also monitor your food intake and make sure you are eating sufficiently and have no food deficiencies of any kind. If you follow all these practices, you should be able to get rid of the numbness.
