The common reason for irregular menses is hormonal changes, weight loss and mental stress. As you are a 14 year old girl; one of these reasons may be the cause of irregular menses. But if not, you have to find out the reasons.
Eating fast food is the main cause of hormonal changes normally in the girls of your age. So if you are trying for fast food, stop it immediately.
You can try for some home remedies for irregular menses –
Have one teaspoon of Licorice once a day.
Beet root and carrot juice is beneficial. Eating banana flower is also beneficial.
Drink hot milk with 2-3 pinches of turmeric powder at bedtime.
Grind ginger. Boil it in water. Drink the water thrice a day after meals.
Eating lot of papaya can help.
It will help you to get back your menses. In spite of that if you do not get your menses regularly; then I would refer you to a gynecologist for proper treatment.
