How can I loose weight when I have degenerative arthritis in my knees?

We can suggest the remedies for arthritis which are beneficial for weight loss also. Some of the natural cures for arthritis are , as follows–
- First try to detoxify your body. One day fasting will be beneficial.
- Eat lots of green vegetables, celery, carrots and red beet.
- For minimizing the inflammation drink pineapple juice.
- Soak black sesame seeds in 1/3 cup of water overnight. Drink the water and eat the seeds in the morning.
- Add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of honey in warm water. Take it in the morning. 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric in a glass of warm water is also helpful.
- Coconut water, coconut milk is also good for arthritis.
- Avoid too much of tea, coffee, sweets, fried foods, spicy food etc.
- Do mild exercise. For flexibility mild dance exercise is helpful for weight loss and arthritis.
- For weight loss, do Pranayam and Yoga daily.
- Do some cycling for improving function of the legs and for weight loss.
