how do I stop having too much gas after I wake up in the morning?

Gas trouble is very common. Gas is formed due to our eating habits, swallowing air, eating very fast and keeping the stomach empty.
Some of the home treatment for gas trouble is –
Prepare a mixture of ½ teaspoon dry ginger powder + pinch of asafetida + pinch of rock salt. Add it in warm water. Drink it.
Make a habit of chewing a slice of ginger dipped in lime juice.
Prepare powder of dry ginger, pepper, green cardamom seeds in equal quantity. After one hour of your meal take ½ teaspoon of this powder with water and drink it.
For quick relief chew celery seeds.
Before going to bed drink 2 teaspoon of brandy in warm water. It gives relief from gas in morning.
A pinch of baking soda and lemon juice in water is also helpful.
Strong peppermint tea is good for quick relief.
Do not sleep empty stomach.
For good digestion take honey and cinnamon before meal.
A drop of dill oil in 1 teaspoon honey immediately after meal helps.
