The best way to kill fat is to avoid it. In saying this there are also good fats that you cannot do without and you should allow a portion of these in your daily diet.  Linseed and Olive oil can actually help you to lose weight and a tablespoon of Olive Oil as part of a salad dressing is an ideal way to include it in your diet.


Personally, I prefer Linseed oil in capsule form as I don’t like the taste and it is very economical – but it is a matter of choice.

With regard to foods that help you to lose weight; of course these are going to be fresh fruits, salads made from leafy green vegetables and limiting your protein portions to approximately 100grams per meal. When you consider that this is a serving of meat that would fit into the palm of your hand, it gives you an idea of just how much we overeat in general.



 
There is also considerable information about the role that adequate fiber plays in helping weight loss. Foods high in fiber stop you becoming hungry as they slow digestion down and create a sense of fullness.  Fiber rich foods are:  Psyllium Husks, Brown Rice, Vegetables and fruits, especially apples. Remember that a minimum of eight glasses of water per day will also help to move weight, and is best drunk between meals.  Lastly, join a weight loss group, research is showing that people who have a common weight loss goal lose weight more quickly than those going it alone.
