Advice to reduce fats
I am a 32 year unmarried woman. The lower portion of my body, abdomen and thighs are bulky. How to reduce the fat.

Your problem is very general. The main precaution you have to take is to completely stop junk and out side food as it causes lots of harm. Reducing sugar, fried and spicy food makes a lot of difference. - You can have a glass of warm water with juice of one lemon first thing in the morning.
- Having teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in glass of water twice before meals is good.
- Drinking green tea is beneficial. Make it a habit to clean the colon every day.
- Do not stop eating completely as it will have an adverse effect on your health.
- Eat small quantity of food at a time. Eat for 4-5 times a day. Do not overload your stomach.
- Have a walk after meal. Do not sleep immediately after a meal.
Besides all these precautions if you have no exercise it is of no use. Do regular exercise. For reducing abdomen and thighs swimming and brisk walking is very beneficial. It gives exercise to full body. If swimming is not possible cycling is also good exercise. Doing Yoga is also beneficial. I can suggest some of them – - Dhanurasan - lie on your stomach. Hold ankles with the help of your hands. Push yourself up. Only your stomach should touch the ground. Your shape should be like an arc. Hold your breath and be in the same position for ½ a minute.
- Suryanamaskar – ( Sun salutation ) is very beneficial.

Advice to reduce fat
1. Please take 2 big glasses of warm water, with 1 tsp of honey and 20 drops of lemon juice in each glass early in the morning daily for 3 months.
2. Exercise the lower portion of the body by doing sit ups and crunches slowly and steadily. 3. Cycling on the roads or aero cycle at home is a good idea.
4. Take homeopathic tablets phytolacca berry 6c 3 tablets 2 times daily for 3 months .
