Natural treatment for hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids are of two types. When it is found inside the anus it is internal hemorrhoids. And one which is around the anus is external hemorrhoids.
The size may be small or big. Diarrhea and constipation are the main causes of piles. Blood in stool, pain in posterior, discomfort at the time of passing stool are the symptoms of hemorrhoids.
Some useful home remedies are –
- Dried figs are very helpful. Soak some dried figs in water overnight. Eat them first in the morning. Do it at least for one month.
- Always drink warm to hot water for painless motion.
- Boil ripe banana in milk. Take the solution 2-3 times a day.
- Drink radish juice twice a day.
- Have a warm bath. Warm compression on rear side is also helpful.
- Even ice compression is good for relief.
- Aloe vera gel is a good remedy. You can apply aloe vera gel inside and out side anus.
- Take 20gm. sesame and boil in ½ lt. water. Drink the prepared water. Good for hemorrhoids.
- Paste of radish made in milk is beneficial. Apply the paste on anus for pain and swelling.
- Prepare a mixture of ginger juice, lime juice, mint leaves ½ teaspoon each and 1 teaspoon honey. Take the preparation once in a day.
